Regarding the Service:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

Regarding Other Users:

5. Intellectual Property

YouTube Content:

• Subtitles and transcripts extracted through our Service are the property of their respective copyright holders (video creators, YouTube, etc.)
• We do not claim ownership of any third-party content
• Your use of extracted content is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and applicable copyright laws

User Responsibility:

• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of extracted content complies with copyright laws
• You must obtain necessary permissions before using content commercially
• You must provide proper attribution where required

5.3 Fair Use Notice

• BUSINESS INTERRUPTION: Any interruption to your business activities
• THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS: Any claims by third parties

This applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.2 Cap on Liability

11. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at legal@ytscript.com to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will make good faith efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11.3 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.

11.4 Waiver of Class Actions

11.5 Time Limitation

Any claim or cause of action arising from or related to the Service must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or be permanently barred.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the Service at any time. No formal termination process is required.

12.2 Termination by Us

We may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the Service:

• Immediately, without notice, for violation of these Terms
• With notice, for any reason or no reason
• If we discontinue the Service

12.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect (including Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, and 11)

13.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

13.5 No Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights, except as expressly provided.

13.6 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, or internet disruptions.

13.7 Headings

Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

13.8 Language

These Terms are written in English. Any translations are provided for convenience only. In case of conflict, the English version prevails.
